Tony grew up in a broken home and environment, and worked his way out of it. He worked with many different therapists and coaches over a ten year period, so knows first hand what it is like to be coached. After a decade of being coached Tony decided to train with Noble Manhattan in 1999, over 2 decades ago as a Professional Life & Executive Coach. Today, he is the Managing Partner of Noble Manhattan USA. He has 30+ years of coaching experience and in this time frame has worked with some notable world leaders and celebrities, but most of his clients are busy professionals with a wide variety of needs and goals. He has partaken in an enormous amount of further training in personal and professional development to include studying at: Harvard, Yale and Emory. Tony is extremely active in his commitment to learn more from the best people he can find and to understand all aspects of human experience so he can help his clients, students and the public at large. However, Tony is ‘at heart’ a professional life, executive, corporate and relationship/couples coach and so is about helping clients to move forward in the ‘here and now’ as believes results are what counts, but also personally believes in fairness.
Tony works with clients internationally as an executive and corporate coach on Zoom or Skype. He has a vast amount of business experience having worked with a wide variety of clients in different capacities including: Levi, Jacuzzi, Kaiser Permamente, A Cloud Guru, Salesforce, Beringer, Investors and KPMG to name a few notable clients. Antony has served Catholic Church Communities in India as well as in U.S. as a Catholic Priest/Minister for 12 years, and has had over 10 years of training in spiritual practices and spiritual counseling. When he started his Psychotherapy career he started integrating some of the Eastern practices of meditation and Western practices of hypnotherapy to give his clients a unique experience of gaining inner freedom and promoting inner growth.
Antony’s non-conventional psychotherapy approach involves identifying and highlighting the strengths of the clients, through creative visualizations and affirmations. He creates unique personalized meditations for individuals and couples (and records them for the future use of the clients) using progressive relaxation, guided imagery, and visualizations to address the various challenges people face – major diagnosis and complications, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, anger related issues, addictions, anxiety issues, and the like.
In order to facilitate stress management, Antony uses regression therapy (going back to one’s years of life), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. By allowing people to look at their past traumatic experiences from an observer’s point of view and by reframing every event from a spiritual perspective Antony has been able to help many to get over their emotional challenges with lasting results. Through his mild, yet very insightful communication skills, Antony has had several guests react, like, “Among the many wonderful experiences at Hippocrates Health Institute, the sessions with you were the best, and I feel it was a crucial turning point in my recovery process.”
